What we provide
Visual Vibes Studios produces short-form video advertising created with AI generation tools together with human creative direction, editing, grading and sound. Every engagement begins with an agreed written brief, which defines the deliverables for that project.
AI-generated content
Our films are produced using AI generation tools. Unless a brief explicitly states otherwise, the people, places and scenes depicted are synthetic and do not portray real individuals, real customers, or documentary events. Where we feature your actual product, we work from material you supply and warrant you have the right to provide.
Pricing, payment and packages
Package prices are listed on the Pricing page and are quoted in US dollars. Project work is invoiced before delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing. The Studio Retainer is billed monthly in advance.
Turnaround and revisions
Stated turnaround times run from an approved brief and receipt of everything we need from you, not from first contact. Revision rounds are as described for your package on the Pricing page. Requests that change the agreed brief are new work and are quoted separately.
Ownership and usage rights
On full payment you receive perpetual, worldwide commercial usage rights to the delivered films across all channels. You retain all rights in the product material, trade marks and brand assets you supply to us. We may show delivered work in our own portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that any material you send us is yours to send, that your product claims are accurate, and that the advertising we produce for you will be used in line with the rules of the platforms you run it on and the advertising law that applies to you.
Cancellation
The Studio Retainer runs month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Work already produced or in progress at the point of cancellation remains payable.
Liability
We deliver creative work; we cannot and do not guarantee any particular commercial result, reach, or advertising performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
