What we collect

We only collect what you type into the Book a Call form on this site. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not set analytics or marketing cookies.

• —Your product type and the package you are interested in
• —An optional preferred date and time for a call
• —Any message you choose to write

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a creative call, and — if you go on to work with us — to deliver the service you asked for. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Submissions are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), and a notification email is delivered through Resend. Both act as our data processors. Access to the stored enquiries is restricted to a single administrator account protected by an email allowlist.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records connected to paid work are kept for as long as we need them for contractual and accounting purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@visualvibestudios.com and we will action the request within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date above.
